Zoomi Pets offers FREE shipping on all orders over $35 within the US. We want to ensure all our products are delivered secure and fit to the industry standards. Our packages are rapidly shipped via USPS and equivalent services in which a tracking # will be provided to you upon confirmation of shipment. Standard shipping may take up to 2-4 business days depending on the geolocation.

Yes, our courier can deliver packages to your PO Box.

REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE OF ONLINE PURCHASES:

Zoomi Pets gladly accepts any returns or exchanges of any unused and unopened items that you return within 30 days of the original purchase. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt that is electronic. All local orders through separate distributors should be discussed at the retail location it was purchased from.

For returns by mail, please ensure all information, including your email address, and the return address is full displayed on the package to identify you. Process time of the returns can take up to 30 days depending on the courier. We will send a notification via e-mail once your return process has been completed.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and will be credited back to you within 4-7 business days of receiving your returned item(s) depending on your financial institution. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless due to an error on Zoomi Pets' part.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are available for online purchases with proof of original receipt. Inquiry for exchange should be initiated within 30 days of purchase and merchandise must be unopened and unused. Please follow proper caution and ensure all information is correct when shipping back the merchandise. Handling and shipping fees may apply. All 3rd party distributor exchanges should be discussed on their platform.
